Fran is the National Managing Partner of Capin Crouse LLP, the nation's largest CPA (Certified Public Accountant) firm exclusively serving non-profit organizations. Fran is a CPA and has been in practice for over 35 years serving many organizations. Fran graduated from Gordon College in 1985 with a BA in Business Administration and has a master's degree from Bentley University. Fran has served on several boards and continues to serve on three private foundation boards.
Fran is a past President of the Gordon Alumni Board as well as a past adjunct professor in accounting at Gordon. In addition, two of his children (and his son-in-law) graduated from Gordon; Bobby (2014), Leah (2015) and her husband Ethan (2014). Fran speaks extensively at national conferences to non-profit organizations—his areas of expertise are strategic planning, succession planning and mergers and acquisitions for nonprofits.
Fran is a Boston native and lives in Danvers, MA with his wife Theresa. They have four adult children, all married, and two grandchildren. They were part of the planting of Seven Mile Road Church in Melrose over 20 years ago, which now has several churches in its family of churches.
