Douglas R. (Doug) MacGray is President of Stonecrop Wealth Advisors in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
He grew up in Massachusetts and obtained a B.A. from Gordon College. He served as a missionary in Palau where he taught at a Christian boys’ boarding school. Thereafter, he obtained a J.D. from Suffolk University, after which he practiced law in Delaware for a dozen years, the last five of which were within his own firm.
In 2000, Doug closed his law practice after purchasing part of a financial planning company. He obtained his Certified Financial Planner® designation and began managing his own practice which he continues at Stonecrop Wealth Advisors. In addition to individuals and families, Stonecrop serves a variety of Christian nonprofit organizations in higher education, as well as churches and foundations.
Doug has served on several boards including Missio Seminary and Wilmington Christian School. He has spent significant time traveling while supporting Edify.org, an organization that supports low cost, private Christian schools in countries across the globe. Doug and his wife Deb live in Delaware where they have been members of Concordia Lutheran Church for over thirty years. They have three adult children and four grandchildren.
