Alexis is an expert in helping leaders with strategy development, organizational alignment and execution. She is an Emmy award-winning executive who has led digital at ABC-Disney Television and WGBH.
For the past six years, she has been consulting with for-profit and non-profit organizations, leading them through the process of setting bold, transformational visions and strategies for growth. Her work includes coaching 40+ PBS and NPR station leaders through a digital transformation process to grow their digital audience, develop partnerships and drive greater sustainability. Some of the brands she has worked with include National Geographic, AARP Staying Sharp, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and PBS’ Nature and American Masters series.
Prior to consulting, Alexis was the Head of Digital for WGBH. She led digital strategy and product development for their national PBS series NOVA, American Masterpiece, American Experience and others.
Before relocating from Los Angeles back to Boston, where she grew up, Alexis was Vice President, Digital Media at Disney-ABC Television. She oversaw ABC.com and Oscar.com, developing high-quality content and distribution across emerging platforms to deliver compelling audience viewing experiences to millions of users. She was awarded the Emmy for Outstanding Achievement in Interactive Television for launching the first Video Full Episode Streaming Player for ABC.
Alexis and her husband, Andrew, have four children, including a daughter who is a recent graduate of Gordon College, and live on Cape Cod.
