Adventure Pursuits
Adventure Pursuits (AP) leaders facilitate half-day, whole-day and two-day overnight experiences for schools, churches and youth programs. AP leaders work with teams of two to ten staff to provide adventure programming on both the low course team-building elements and the high course elements. Belay training and testing are required (see belay training times) and staff follow a leadership growth plan. We ask that AP leaders commit to at least four to five events per season. AP days occur mainly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and occasionally during the weekdays.

Adventure Camp
La Vida Adventure Camp is an incredible opportunity to have fun playing games with kids, growing in leadership, and working in an intentional staff community on Gordon College's campus. Staff lead small groups of 10-15-year-olds on the low and high ropes course, mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing, canoeing, and large group games. Staff help youth draw meaning out of these experiences and build character, a positive self-identity, and a commitment to care in serving others. Adventure Camp is a day camp that takes place for seven weeks in the summer, not including training. All staff have room and board provided.
