Esther Myong, Ed.D.

Upper School Principal, Dwight School of Seoul

Esther K. Myong, Ed.D., is a TCK having lived and worked in South Korea, US, and Singapore. Throughout her 30 years overseas, Esther has served as international school teacher, HR director, admissions director, school counselor, principal, and deputy head of school at various international Christian learning communities. With a singular goal of equipping and empowering individuals to excel personally, academically, and spiritually, Esther continues to operate as an international school leader, educator, and lifelong learner. Currently, she is serving as upper school principal at Dwight School of Seoul. She continues to relish her role as a member of accreditation visiting teams.

Jeff Stevenson

Professor Stevenson’s teaching and research focuses on the development of linguistic and intercultural proficiency with a special interest in ethnographic interview techniques and in-country project-based research in collaboration with local students and faculty during study abroad. Brian Vander Haak, Ed.D.

Brian Vander Haak, EdD, served in Christian schools for 30 years in Washington DC (Maryland), Tokyo, and Taipei. David A. Wells, EdD, served as head of school for two international Christian schools and one secular international school over a span of twenty-two years. David and his wife Lois have lived in Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and Ecuador for over thirty years. Dr. Tressa L. White is an experienced educator and leader with over 20 years in education and is currently Deputy Head of School at Dalat International School. Dr. White holds a Ph.D. in Advanced Educational Leadership. Her expertise lies in understanding international school climates and supporting third culture kids.
