Graduate Leadership Summer Residency

Each summer, Gordon's Graduate Leadership program offers immersive summer residencies on Gordon’s campus just north of Boston. You'll study alongside a cohort of 12-15 students in varying leadership positions within K-12 Christian schools and learn from a group of committed colleagues while forming deep and lasting friendships.

Summer Residency Components

INTENSIVE, INTERACTIVE LEARNING

Complete one 3-credit course in just one week! Meet your cohort in person and learn together while being taught by nationally recognized leaders.

EXPERIENTIAL LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Discover and analyze your leadership style (and understand others) through team-building and leadership development experiences.

CASUAL CONVERSATIONS WITH GUEST SPEAKERS

Engage with seasoned leaders in an informal time of rich discussion about both the personal and professional sides of leadership.

EXCITING LOCATIONS

Accommodations

During your summer residency, you will stay in on-campus housing at Gordon College for $450/week. The cost for on-campus housing is in addition to tuition and includes 3 meals a day and complimentary access to the Bennett Athletic and Recreation Center.
