• Two stations at Woodland Parking Lot
• Two stations at Bennett Athletic Center
• Two stations in the faculty/staff lot between Frost and Ken Olsen Science Center

Payment Policy
Gordon College students, staff, and faculty will need to pay 0.20 cents per kilowatt-hour. This price is a cost-recovery only. The fee will cover the electrical and maintenance cost. Payment can be made on and app that each individual will need to download onto their phone.

Summary of Policy
This policy defines the valid use of electrical charging stations located on Gordon College’s Campus. It also includes the processes for acquiring, locating, and installing EV charging stations.

Reason for Policy
Gordon College has a responsibility to protect and preserve the natural world through stewardship and environmental care. With the installation of 6 new EV stations, we hope to decrease our environmental impact and encourage students with electric vehicles to charge on campus.

Policy Statement
Gordon’s charging stations will also be open for public use. Public users will have to pay a slightly higher fee than students, faculty, and staff.

Parking in most electric vehicle charging station spots is restricted to vehicles actively charging. Those in violation will be subject to enforcement action by the Gordon Police. Applicable rules and regulations will be posted at each EV charging station location.

Gordon assumes no responsibility or liability for damage to vehicles using EV charging stations.

Use of other electrical outlets, those not identified as an EV charging station, on Gordon’s campus for EV charging is strictly prohibited.

EV charging stations may be closed for special event parking, maintenance, and construction. Those who wish to use the charging station will need to download an app available on iOS and Android, to monitor their charging progress.
