Instructions
- Download the PDF you need
- Open the file on your computer with Adobe Reader. You must use Adobe Reader or Acrobat in order to complete the fields—Apple Preview may not show you all of the options you need.
- Fill in the blanks with your personal information
- Save your edits
- Send the file as an attachment to [email protected] with the subject line "Press Release"
- Please include the name of the local media outlet and a photo/headshot (if desired)
