Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts partners with Parchment to provide students with access to a secure online transcript ordering system. Transcripts may be ordered online below at any time of the day or week, using a Visa or MasterCard to pay the $5.00 transcript and processing fee.
You may also download the transcript request form (PDF), complete and sign it, then mail your written request to Gordon at the address below (with a check or money order for the $5.00 transcript and processing fee).
Requests will be processed as quickly as possible. During peak times, please allow five business days for verification of clearance and processing. All obligations to the College must have been met before a transcript is issued. To be financially clear for transcripts, a student’s balance needs to be paid in full. However, there are two exceptions:
Transcript requests are valid in Parchment for 30-days upon submission. If a student account is resolved within this 30-day window, the student must reach out to the Student Financial Services office to notify them of this change. If it takes longer than 30-days to resolve the student account, the student must submit another request through Parchment.
The Gordon College Registrar's Office also houses transcripts for the former Barrington College, Barrington, Rhode Island, with whom we merged in 1985. Gordon College is not, however, affiliated with Barrington Online University or the Gordon College of the University System of Georgia.
Transcripts may be sent electronically to any email address or may be printed on security paper to be mailed by the USPS or picked up at the Registrar’s Office. The electronic PDF transcripts are recommended as they may be produced more quickly, mailing time is eliminated as transcripts sent electronically (after clearance process) are available immediately, and requesters will also receive email notification of the delivery and the opening of the document.
