"I know of no other program that was designed by heads of school, taught by heads of school, and focused on the development of current and emerging leaders in K–12 Christian education."
—DR. DAVID TILLEY, Former Program Director, Retired Head of School and Guest Lecturer
The two-year program is a cohort-style structure. Each student works within a cohort of peers, from other Christian institutions, which helps foster collegiality and cooperative efforts.
Take one class at a time. Each class is eight weeks and meets once a week for three hours live on zoom. This is designed to be managageble for working professionals and educators.
Two 5 day intensives during the summers include connecting with their cohort, networking with nationally recognized leaders and immersing in experiential leadership opportunities.
Tuition is $700 per credit hour which totals $21,000 for the total degree.
Scholarships are available for individual students when multiple employees from a school are enrolled in a cohort. A $3000 discount is provided to students from the same school if two are enrolled. A $4500 discount is provided to students from the same school if three are enrolled. For Grapevine Consortium Schools, students receive a 15% discount on tuition.
The program offers a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Leadership or, if someone already has a Master’s degree in any area, an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) is available to earn.
