Britt Carlson Eaton
Vice President for Advancement
Britt has deep roots at Gordon College as a third-generation alum. She earned a B.A. degree in Political Studies while also playing soccer for the Fighting Scots. Britt began her career immediately upon graduation, joining the Gordon College Admissions team recruiting new students from Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. After working in a number of roles of increasing responsibility in Admissions, Britt accepted the role of associate vice president for college relations and annual giving in 2014 and in 2021 began serving as vice president for advancement. Most recently, Britt provided leadership for Faith Rising: The Campaign for Gordon College, which raised $187 million, exceeding its goal of $130 million and concluding a year early.

Director of Development
Dan leads Gordon’s major gifts team that includes both current and deferred giving.
Brad Lestage
Philanthropic Advisor
Brad has the privilege of building relationships with individuals and families on behalf of the college. As a result, it is a deep, godly blessing to witness the generosity of others and the watch how the Holy Spirit directs and guides in this philanthropic endeavor.
Bob Grinnell
Philanthropic Advisor
Bob has returned to Gordon College for the third time – this time in the role of Senior Engagement Officer. He previously served as Director of Recruitment and Vice President for Development at Gordon. Before his return, Bob was Global Vice President for Development at RZIM based in Atlanta, GA.
Bob is married to Barb (Raybould) ’81 and they are proud parents of three outstanding Gordon graduates: Bailey Vaselkiv ’16, Bobby Grinnell ’20 (BA) ’23 (Masters of Education), and Cam Grinnell ’22.
Dawn Bryden
Director of Grants and Sponsored Projects
Dawn serves as the Director of Grants and Sponsored Projects, stewarding Gordon’s institutional relationships with foundation and corporate partners as well as supporting faculty research. Dawn received her MA in Christian Education from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has been blessed to serve the local church on the North Shore of Boston for many years through various educational ministries and leadership, most recently as a champion of foster care advocacy and support.
Peter Bayreuther
Director of Alumni Engagement and Sustainability
Peter’s role encompasses both alumni engagement and sustained giving, and he works closely with faculty and staff colleagues across campus to help them amplify their work. “I consider it a joy to (re)connect alumni with the people and programs at Gordon that shaped their time as students, as faculty-student relationships remain one of the most unique and cherished aspects of many alumni experiences.”
Grace (Heffner) Bish
Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement
Grace supports all alumni engagement efforts out of Advancement. Her primary work is to develop and implement fundraising and communications strategies for two annual giving days. She also instigates change based on engagement data, writes donor-facing pieces such as cases for support and collaborates with College Communications on social media engagement.
Rick Houston
Senior Director of Advancement Services and CRM
Rick leads all key technical projects, technology strategy, reporting and analysis.
Casey Knight
Director of Signature Events
Casey has over ten years of experience in management and customer service and has a passion for collaborating with others. In this role, Casey oversees events such as Homecoming and Christmas at Gordon, as well as many others. Casey grew up in Barrington, RI and received her undergraduate degree from Gordon College in 2011. She lives in Salisbury with her husband, Rick, and three children.
Joe Iriana
Associate Director of Advancement Data Services
Joe’s primary responsibility is keeping biographical and contact information up to date in the Advancement database. In addition to that, he also serves as a secondary database administrator, is in charge of prospect research for the office, and fixes a myriad of technical problems for his colleagues. When he isn’t working, he enjoys reading, playing soccer, and cooking.
Corrinne Palmer
Assistant Director of Gift Processing and Records Services
Corrinne manages gift processing, receipting, and stewardship in the Development office. She facilitates communication with the team and ensures that all gifts are handled with care and attention. She graduated from Gordon in 2018 and when not working she can be found writing, creating artwork, or caring for plants.
Hunter Treash
Manager of Donor Relations
Hunter leads stewardship, recognition, and impact reporting efforts for donors at all levels. She is passionate about ensuring the donor experience is one of authentic gratitude, transparency, and intentional community building.
Hunter lives in Topsfield with her husband, and when not working, can be found making music, serving at her church, cooking, going on walks, and learning for fun.
Joan Ndekezi
Post Award Grant Manager
Joan serves as the Post Award Grant Manager under the Director of Grants and Sponsored Projects. She is responsible for implementing and managing the institution-wide system for grants administration, including overseeing restricted budgets resulting from grants, sponsored projects, and philanthropy to the College. She graduated from Gordon College with a Bachelor in Economics and now working towards a Masters in Financial Analysis. Outside work, Joan enjoys taking nature walks and reading.
Ashlyn Schultz
Advancement Office Manager
Ashlyn joined the Advancement team after graduating from Gordon in 2023. She contributes to the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations within the office and provides support to the Advancement team. Hailing from Colorado, she is naturally drawn to the outdoors, making her relocation to New England a delight. In her spare time, Ashlyn enjoys exploring the North Shore, pursuing culinary experiences, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
