With their immense power and potential, computers and data should serve people. Too often the reverse is true. As a Christian college, we believe it’s critical for technology professionals to be both technically excellent and ethically motivated.
At Gordon we want to help you shape the computers and data that drive our world for good. Our faculty layer years of industry and academic experience with a firm faith foundation and foster opportunities for experiential learning to equip you for excellence as you confidently steward technology to serve others and solve problems.

From the very beginning of your Gordon experience, you’ll be welcomed into a community of like-minded creators, investigators and problem-solvers.
At Gordon learning happens by doing, and you’ll start solving real problems for real customers as a student. Students have completed projects and internships for IBM, Christianbook, iRobot, Red Hat, Veracross, Wycliffe/SIL and Love Justice International. You can also choose to study abroad at Aquincum Institute of Technology in Budapest, Hungary; complete a summer practicum in computer science, data science or mathematics; tutor through a local nonprofit; or participate in the Bible Translation Program, which prepares students to build software tools for Bible translation.
Over the course of your Gordon experience, you’ll develop a powerful foundation for one of the most in-demand areas so you can launch your career with knowledge, agility and a heart to serve.
