NORTH SHORE
The 40 communities north of Boston make up the region known as Boston's North Shore. Wenham, the town where Gordon is located, is in the central eastern section of the North Shore.

IPSWICH
Ipswich is located north of Wenham on the coast. Approximately one-third of the town's land mass is protected salt marsh and estuaries, which limits development and helps to preserve open space and scenic views.
