Housing and Meals Reservations

Music educator workshop programming for the week of July 14–18, 2025 will be held in person on the campus of Gordon College. Air-conditioned apartment style on-campus housing is available for the summer of 2025.

Housing and Meal Reservations for July 2025 will open on February 10.

CAMPUS HOUSING
Summer Workshop Guests are housed in Tavilla Hall, an air-conditioned residence hall with apartment-style suites.  The building is within short walking distance of all program locations.

2025 RATES

$90 per night | Single Occupancy (guarantees a private bedroom)
Single-occupant residents have a private bedroom in a shared apartment suite.  Apartment residents share a common bathroom and kitchen in the apartment.

$75 per night | Double Occupancy (shares a bedroom)
Double-occupant residents share a bedroom with an immediate roommate, in a shared apartment suite. Apartment residents share a common bathroom and kitchen in the apartment.

MEAL PLANS

For On-Campus Residents Staying in Tavilla Hall
Breakfast and dinner are available in Tupper Hall, Lane Student Center.  Boxed Lunches are provided for the mid-day meal (the dining hall is not available for our guests during lunch hours). Participants who enroll in a meal plan will be able to select their daily box lunch menu choices in advance.

For Day Guests
As a convenience for guests commuting to campus for workshop programs, there is the option to purchase daily boxed lunches. (The dining hall is not available for our guests during lunch hours). Participants who enroll in the boxed lunch meal plan will be able to select their daily box lunch menu choices in advance.

2025 MEAL PLAN RATES

$TBD per day | Campus Resident Meal Plan
Includes breakfast, boxed lunch, and dinner.

$18 per day | Boxed Lunches Only
Daily menu selections can be made in advance. Boxed lunches are delivered to a central pick-up location on campus convenient to all program classroom locations.
