Rich is a financial analyst and project appraiser who evaluates energy-related initiatives and investment strategies in the U.S. and in the international development space. Through his consultancy, the GLS Network, he engages with the African Development Bank, the World Bank, UNDP, the World Institute for Development Economics Research (WIDER), and engineering companies such as CSPDR (based in China), providing financial and economic assessment for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Rich serves capital providers and developers, by delivering decision-making insight for small and large projects. A strategy consultant, economist and financial analyst, Rich has extensive experience evaluating energy and water projects in U.S., Africa, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Central and South America.
Rich has performed: economic and financial analyses, feasibility studies (including climate adaptations), asset valuations, real options analyses, impact business assessments, risk analyses, and developed corporate investment strategies. He is a certified public-private partnerships professional CP3P.
He also operates World Partners, a business-as-mission non-profit dedicated to helping small businesses in developing economies sharpen their strategies and access appropriate capital for growth.
