Bio
Jen Williams is an adjunct professor and the Quality and Safety Nurse for the Department of Medicine at Hartford Hospital. Jen holds a bachelor of science in nursing and a master of public health from the University of Connecticut. Jen has worked overseas training local nationals in western standards of medicine. Jen has lead several quality improvement initiatives, facilitated nursing peer review and developed policies and procedures for hospital operations and clinical skills. She is passionate about implementing evidence-based practices and creating structure that improves patient safety.
