Prof. Daly is an experienced financial services executive with a proven record of new business development and execution at global Wall Street firms. His previous roles include Partner at Revere Capital Advisors, LLC (a global merchant bank focused upon principal, strategic, financial advisory and capital raising transactions), Managing Director and Head of Detwiler Fenton & Co.’s Investment Banking Group (where he focused on financial advisory and capital raising transactions across a spectrum of industries), and Managing Director in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, Inc. (where he focused upon on strategic advisory and capital raising for the energy and renewable energy, financial services, aerospace & defense, global security, airline, and technology industries).

Pat has been involved in billions of dollars of transactions including merger & acquisition, restructuring, valuation, principal investing, capital raising, privatization, distressed debt and structured finance assignments for strategic industry participants and sovereign entities in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. In addition to his investment banking activities, Pat has founded several renewable energy companies and served as CEO, CFO and Board member of several others. Prof. Daly has been a director on several private company boards as well as the boards of charitable and philanthropic organizations.
