Overview
Pastoring, or shepherding, means caring for God’s people and walking alongside them in their Christian formation. With our pastoral ministries minor from Gordon College, you can actively engage and care for others around you as you learn about the theoretical, philosophical, biblical and theological foundations of discipleship.

Using decades of ministry experience, our will lead you in an extensive study of Scriptures alongside theological reflection on faith and life. How can studying pastoral ministries help you be a difference-maker for Christ?
Caring for people takes many forms. You could work for a nonprofit and care for people suffering from addiction or join a local community development team in your community. Pastors also preach, teach and lead ministries for young adults, aging generations or children.
