Ferrin Hall is a community-style building where each floor of double and triple rooms shares a common area lounge, a study room, and a floor bathroom. The basement also holds five 2-person apartments which are typically reserved for students with special accommodations and include a full kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Ferrin was opened in the center of campus in 1985, the year Barrington College of Rhode Island merged with Gordon. The patio behind the building is a popular location for campus coffeehouses, cookouts, and other outdoor festivities.

Room Details:
- Traditional room: you share a large community bathroom with your floor of around 20 people.
- Moveable furniture: desk, bed, wardrobe and dresser provided for each resident. Work with your roommate and arrange it to suit your preference.
- Rooms may be double (2 residents), triple (3 residents) or quad (4 residents)
