In the Community Engagement Office, we emphasize collaboration both on campus and with our community partners as we invite students into experiences where learning takes place and relationships are developed. Through intentional orientation and reflection, we step out in faith with a Christ centered lens, and learn to love and care for our neighbors, as we seek the flourishing of the communities around us and our own campus.

Community Engagement recognizes that there are many people in our surrounding communities who have diverse backgrounds and experiences. Valuing the expertise of our partners and the assets of the communities, we join them in their work, serving with humility, ready to learn about the world around us.
Come alongside your community
Guided experiences include practical and spiritual orientation and reflection intended to prepare us to listen to the stories of others, to step out of our comfort zones and increase compassion. We enjoy collaboration with groups on campus to enrich the learning experiences of our students and foster a greater sense of belonging in our community.
