A Schedule You Can Manage

Our schedule is designed for working professionals and allows you to balance your life with earning your degree. During the school year online classes occur in 8-week blocks. These classes are live on Zoom one night a week for three hours. With only one class at a time, this is doable! During the summer you will enjoy a one-week, in-person residency at Gordon College with your cohort.

Daven Harmeling

The Graduate Leadership Program at Gordon College thoroughly prepared me to be more effective at amplifying and executing the mission of our school. I am now much more equipped to cast a vision for the future of our school, navigate the challenges of Christian education and rally stakeholders. In addition to learning about a variety of elements that are crucial to delivering an effective, faith-based education, I now have a dozen close friends, advocates and partners to lean on when I need a different perspective. My bookshelves are now filled with dynamic reads that I share with colleagues at my school. The cohort model taught me how to truly use my ears to listen, my eyes to see situations from all angles and my heart to be oriented to God's presence. The Ed.S. program through Gordon College is the single best educational decision I have ever made.
