Be empowered as a transformational leader

Christian schools need leaders equipped to build thriving communities now more than ever. But it can be hard to know where to start your path to leadership. At Gordon our faculty have been in your shoes.

  1. Cohort Model

Join a small cohort of 12-15 peer Christian education professionals. Through online courses and in-person residencies, grow alongside each other and remain connected to graduates of the M.A./Ed.S. program long after graduation. Navigate the challenges and opportunities of leadership in Christian education together.

  2. Expert Faculty

Learn from instructors who have years of experience in Christian education and are committed to helping you flourish. Be mentored by heads of schools and experts in Christian education who become part of your professional network. Join conversations with guest speakers in all areas of school leadership.

  3. Practical Curriculum

Engage in real-world, real-time, relevant projects that quickly build professional skills that you can apply right away. Earn an M.A. or Ed.S. in Leadership to have confidence in your next career move.

Become a more confident and competent leader

Our graduate leadership program is designed and taught entirely by Christian school leaders. With M.A. in Leadership and Ed.S. in Leadership options, you’ll learn from expert practitioners and alongside a cohort of peer Christian education professionals. Our highly relevant and immediately applicable coursework means you will quickly be empowered to excel in your leadership and make a difference in your school.

Choose your degree

Both the Master of Arts in Leadership and the Education Specialist in Leadership students are part of the same cohort and take the same courses.

M.A. in Leadership

Students that have completed a bachelors degree prior, should apply for the M.A. degree option. Both the Master of Arts in Leadership and the Education Specialist in Leadership students are part of the same cohort and take the same courses.
