FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. FERPA prohibits an educational institution from disclosing a student's education record without the consent of the eligible student.
FERPA For Undergraduate Students
For undergraduate students, Gordon College uses the Student Accounts Billing Contract to obtain the name or names of anyone other than the student who is permitted access to his/her student account information.
FERPA For Graduate and Non-Current Students
As a Graduate or Non-Current student, you have the option to complete this form to give Gordon College the name or names of anyone other than you who is permitted access to your student account information.
