The Master of Education in English as a Second Language program focuses on the principles and practice of teaching English to students who are not proficient in English or who do not speak, read or write English. Gordon's ESL program prepares educators who are pursuing licensure or certification as a teacher of students who are learning English as a second language. Candidates find coursework, including a practicum, designed to augment their professional knowledge, skills and aptitude.
