Overview

Interested in the operational side of business, including project management, operations management and human resources? A Business Management degree will help you apply your communication skills with strategic thinking to an ever-evolving professional landscape.

You’ll learn what it takes to become an effective leader who embodies Christian values in the workforce, opening the door to overseeing employees, finances and projects across countless industries. With our Small Business Management or Human Resources Mangement concentrations, your courseload will help you hone the specific skills and practices needed to succeed in your career.

From managing the rebuilding of walls to decisions around paying taxes, there are many examples of strong business leadership throughout the Bible. With a background grounded in Christian leadership, business management professionals can approach their work on mission through empathetic handling of human resource situations to ethical implementation of new, entrepreneurial endeavors.
