Employers
Handshake is the primary college recruiting platform that allows you to engage with talented students in many ways. You can post employment or internship opportunities, participate in different career fairs, or request campus interview schedules and rooms. This will amplify the visibility of job and internship opportunities to a broad audience of students and recent alumni and will also develop your organization's name and brand recognition.
If you need assistance in navigating Handshake, please contact CCI or reference the guide provided by Handshake.
- Pro Tip #1: if you want to work with us further on recruiting assistance beyond posting to handshake, contact our office to speak with our staff
- Pro Tip #2: that employers may not post jobs that require students or alumni to pay for training or materials or job placement. All employers including private individuals are asked to abide by the Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services and Employment Professionals of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) as found at www.naceweb.org/principles.
Handshake is also the platform for local individuals in the Gordon community to hire students for jobs like babysitting, nannying, landscaping, shoveling, etc.
